Give, connect and lead with IMPACT

Looking for a way to connect with other Jewish young adults in Baltimore? You’ve come to the right place! IMPACT is the young adult division (ages 22-39) of The Associated. We are men and women from many backgrounds, with diverse interests and talents, who are traveling on our Jewish journeys in Baltimore together.

We host programs and events ranging from fundraising to educational, leadership development to social and beyond, where you can meet and mingle in a welcoming and inclusive environment. The only thing we ask is that you come as you are. We offer many opportunities to discover where you fit in best and how you can use your skills, knowledge and passions for the good of Jewish communities, both here and abroad.

Lead by example

There are many ways to give back – by making a donation to The Associated Annual Campaign, lending your time to hands-on volunteering projects, joining a taskforce or committee, participating in a leadership program or simply by coming out to an event that inspires you. Whatever your path to developing your influence on Baltimore’s Jewish community, IMPACT can guide you. By investing time, talent, treasure – or all three – through our community’s network of agencies and programs, your gift and involvement will do more good for more people – including you – than you may have thought possible.

Giving Societies

Young adults who give financial gifts at the following levels are recognized in The Associated's Honor Roll, as well as through our giving societies:

  • IMPACT365, which recognizes donors of $365 to $999
  • Ben-Gurion Society, which recognizes donors of $1,000 or more
